After over 50 years in Southwest Michigan, we recognize common failure patterns and carry the right parts. Most repairs are solved in a single visit.
Our experience have given us the insight to handle nearly any HVAC issue, from fritzy thermostats to new heat pump installations. Our Lansing furnace experts can help you with any questions you may have about your home’s heating and cooling equipment.
We diagnose, present written options with prices, and start only with your approval. Permits and code requirements are handled, and the final invoice matches the quoted work.
Warm air from the vents, short cycling, ice on the lines, or a system that will not start are all fixable. We repair capacitors, contactors, blower motors, and control boards, locate and repair refrigerant leaks, and verify charge with superheat and subcool readings. If replacement makes more sense, we size the system by load calculation, not guesswork.
Safe, steady heat depends on proper combustion and airflow. We clean flame sensors, test pressure switches and inducer motors, confirm temperature rise, and verify limit and rollout safety controls. When repairs stack up or the heat exchanger is compromised, we recommend a right sized replacement and explain the numbers behind the choice.
Downtime costs money. We service and replace light commercial systems, set up planned maintenance to prevent surprises, and provide simple service reports so you can control operating costs. We can help you with your commercial HVAC needs.
Comfort is more than hot and cold. We install and service smart thermostats, seal and balance ductwork for even room temperatures, and offer indoor air quality options like filtration, humidifiers, and UV systems. Heat pump service and conversions available.
Lansing, Michigan’s capital, has a wide mix of homes: early 1900s houses in older neighborhoods, postwar ranches, and newer subdivisions around the edges of the metro area. The city also has a large number of rental properties and small commercial buildings with their own heating and cooling needs.
For Lansing HVAC work, that variety means no single answer fits. Older homes need attention to duct design and return air before new equipment goes in. Rental properties benefit from durable systems and a regular maintenance schedule that prevents emergency calls. Newer homes do best with correctly sized, two-stage or variable-speed equipment that controls humidity instead of just cooling fast.
Lansing is at the northern edge of our service area, so we plan Lansing HVAC appointments ahead to keep visits on schedule. City services and permit information are available from the City of Lansing.
Routine care extends equipment life and lowers utilities. Our tune ups include cleaning key components, tightening electrical connections, flushing the condensate line, checking static pressure and airflow, and replacing or cleaning filters. You get documented readings, so you know the true condition of your equipment. Prefer automatic reminders and priority scheduling? Ask about our annual plan.
